Quick and Healthy chicken salad packed full of all of your favorite Greek flavors!

Ingredients
¾cupplain Greek yogurt
Juice of 1 lemon
3clovesgarlicminced
2Tablespoonsfresh dillor 2 t. dried
2Tablespoonsfresh minced parsley
½teaspoonkosher salt
¼teaspoonpepper
1cupchopped tomatoes
1medium cucumberpeeled, seeded and chopped
¼cupchopped Kalamata olivesor green olives if you can’t find Kalamata
½red oniondiced
4cupschopped cooked chicken
¼cupcrumbled feta cheese
Romaine lettuce
Sliced tomatoes
4Flatbreads
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients through the feta cheese. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Serve on warm flatbreads with lettuce, tomatoes and extra feta cheese.
